1. URL Link or File ...
If you are submitting a Chrome theme or Extention that's already available in the Web store or located somewhere else on the internet, provide the URL link to your item, where people can download it.
Please Do not attach any CRX or ZIP files for themes or extensions to the e-mail as they will be automatically rejected.
If you are submitting a background wallpaper, make sure that it's at least 1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels high for desktop or laptop wallpapers or at least 1080 pixels wide x 1920 pixels high for smartphone devices.
You can submit wallpapers up to 3840 pixels wide x 2160 pixels high in either JPG or PNG format.
If you are submitting an article or web story you can attach a TXT or DOC file and add multiple images for your article.
2. Screenshots ...
Though screenshots and thumbnails are generated automatically for background wallpapers, you might want to add 1 and no more than 4 screenshots sized 1280 x 800 pixels or 640 x 400 pixels in JPG or PNG format for themes and extensions.
Article images should be sized 1000 pixels x 600 pixels and in JPG or PNG format.
3. Title & Description ...
Add a short title of not more than 165 characters in length and add a long description of no less than 250 words and a maximum of 2700 words.
4. Your Details ...
Please provide your preferred Screename and URL link to your website, blog, social media account, or online profile. You may also optionally upload a profile picture sized 512 x 512 px in JPG or PNG format.

Make sure to include all the required information in your e-mail and send it in. Once your e-mail is received you should get an approval notice within 48hrs or less in most cases.
